The president and prime consultant is Professor Martin E. Weaver.
Martin Weaver Conservation Consultant Inc. provides an international consultant service specializing in the conservation of heritage cultural resources; historic buildings and sites; historic building materials and systems, their nature, deterioration and conservation; building materials studies focussing particularly on wood and stone; industrial heritage conservation including blast furnaces, mills, locomotives, rolling stock, steam engines and submarines; the conservation of outdoor sculpture; and the conservation of rock and cave art. When a specific project requires a special team, Martin Weaver Conservation Consultant Inc. can and will assemble the team from a select group of leading international specialists and can direct it throughout the project. In certain cases Martin Weaver Conservation Consultant Inc. may join other specialists under separate direction and providing specific expertise on a large or small scale as required.
Martin Weaver Conservation Consultant Inc. can also develop and deliver training courses; educational programmes; individual lectures; books and articles; and radio and TV features and programmes on a wide range of aspects of the conservation of cultural resources.
